REMINDER: Social Morning Events:

These events have become a crucial touchpoint for many families, providing a safe space to connect, share experiences and seek guidance.

Some parents have become regular attendees, finding comfort in the monthly routine and the supportive community that has formed. Others come seeking advice and understanding, including parents who are not yet registered with CAPS, but are navigating the early stages of their journey.

For some, this journey is just beginning, filled with uncertainty, questions and moments of feeling lost. Others are in the challenging waiting period for assessments, caught in a state of limbo that many of you know all too well. These parents come to us seeking reassurance, direction and a sense of belonging and we are proud to provide that through these events.

Our Social Morning Events are more than just gatherings, they are a lifeline for families who need to know they are not alone. Together, we create a network of support, helping one another find clarity and strength amid the unknown.
